PMO Manager / Lead (Programme Office Manager, PMO Consultant) is required by my global client to work on a large reporting programme.
Purpose of Role
To support the programme leadership team to effectively manage delivery of programme outcomes.
PMO Support for Design, build and deployment of the global reporting solution: Guide and support activities required from the central team and local activation teams to deliver the benefits and objectives of the Programme. *Ensure all project management tools and processes are in place and working effectively. *Deliver clearly defined programme governance structures and procedures that operate effectively *Document programme scope with operate effective change control processes. *Facilitate the weekly status and issue resolution meeting *Embed a culture of actively identifying, assessing and managing risks and issues despite competing priorities *Ensure risk footprints are regularly updated and mitigation plans are executed *Operate an effective process for issue capture, tracking and escalation *Develop and align plans for Programme deliverables with the central team, activation teams and the Steering Group Programme Planning: Plan delivery of the global reporting solution for central and activation activities. *Align plans for programme deliverables with the central team, and activation teams. Integration management: Ensure effective management of dependencies and integration points, and support finance integration and coordination across related or dependent finance initiatives *Together with the Integration Manager, develop and maintain the integration tracker for all relevant finance projects. *Ensure business resource requirements are captured, communicated and monitored as finance projects progress. *Coordinate project status reporting across the portfolio of finance projects
You will play a key role in the Programme, taking the lead on managing the programme's resources, integration across the programme and external to the programme and providing effective programme and project management support.
