Junior Business Analyst - CRM
Our client requires a Junior BA to come in and cover for a 6-12 month period to help with multiple projects based around the clients CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support the implementation of solutions within the Business Getting (Sales & Marketing), Business Intelligence and Education work streams.
* To grow and maintain relationships with stakeholders through a succession of releases and initiatives.
* Quickly gain an understanding on the business issues and work with the team to build plans for holistic solutions with stakeholders, to take the business forward.
* Perform up-front analysis on projects and provide input to the feasibility and business benefits, and to inform and influence the project planning and prioritisation process.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their problems and capture, define and agree business and system requirements.
* Work with Solution Architects and the BA Team to identify and articulate options for potential solutions that meet the customer's requirements and are logical, feasible and cost effective.
* Produce detailed and accurate specification documentation to capture requirements and help define conceptual application design options, thereby allowing stakeholders to reach agreement on project scope.
* Obtain the sign-off of solutions and recommendations from business stakeholders via presentations, workshops or one-to-ones.
* Scope Management and Change Control - support the Project Managers to agree project objectives, scope, deliverables and timescales with the business.
* Manage expectations and changes in project scope or requirements, negotiating as necessary with business stakeholders.
* Risk & Issue Management - Identify record, manage and mitigate risks, to prevent those becoming issues. Resolve issues, escalating as necessary.
* Identify required Change Management and Communications required for deliverables
Key Skills
* ISEB BA Diploma, and / or APM, PRINCE2, PMI, PMBOK, MSP, etc.
* Knowledge and background working with packaged applications - Siebel, OBIEE, Tableau experience
* Experience of full project lifecycle processes, preferably using structured gated methods.
* Knowledge of usability issues and user-centred design challenges.
* Appreciation of the design and activities involved in user acceptance testing and user training.
* Experience implementing business change projects
* Working with geographically dispersed teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and MS Project.
* Occasional international travel will be required.
