My client a Global organisation are currently looking for Workday Product Managers in the UK to be part of their Workday Financial Management division.

Your role as a global Product Manager will be to combine your operational and systems knowledge to analyse customer business processes using local regulatory and business requirements to define functional designs and collaborate with software engineering and the global PM team to turn functional specifications into next-generation business applications. Your responsibilities will include gathering and qualifying local requirements and at times supporting your regional sales and service teams.

* Do you have 10+ years' work experience in a finance or accounting role (preferably CIMA,ACCA or similar certified) working/implementing other/similar software's like JDE, SAP , Oracle E-Business, JDA , PeopleSoft etc..... If so my client is willing to cross train and certify yourself to become an expert consultant in Workday Financials...
The global Product Managers are the regional product representatives for customers, partners and the global product management team. You will be in charge of the regional expansion of the companies global product portfolio ensuring that the core finance product meets local compliance standards and regulations.

* Do you possess a broad knowledge of AR, AP, GL and other related financial functions such as Order to Cash or Procure to Pay?

* Have you worked on product localisation before in a functional leadership, auditor, program/project/product management role, or as a consultant?

* Are you passionate about building software products that excite users? Software that enables users to spend less time consolidating data across different systems. That requires minimal training and is very user friendly without sacrificing functionality and compliance.
