My client a Global organisation and market leader in their field are currently looking for a IT Business Solutions Lead Analyst with functional JDE / E1 experience.

Responsibilities

The position will contribute to overall alignment with IT and business by leading business requirements and improving IT Service. Incumbent is expected to meet frequently with his/her business partners. This role is expected to provide guidance in business meetings in line with overall Business Solutions and IT strategy.

* Guide complex projects on time and within budget
* Liaise between business and offshore application / IT support team
* Contribute to development of IT Strategy
* Provide advice on JDE 9.0 and other core applications - Distribution / Finance
* Effectively gather and document business requirements and business case / ROI
* Create and deliver change management plans for international IT projects
* Manage functional documentation.
* Partner with business and drive IT solution alignment

Required Skills



* Knowledgeable with business processes and process mapping. Thorough understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into functional requirements and IT solutions.
* Must be able to take initiative and work with multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills: verbal and written
* Demonstrated experience in change management
* Experienced in business process re-engineering and implementation of best practices. Uses sound judgment to make recommendations and evaluate alternatives
* Committed to providing high quality solutions
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Experience leading multiple projects concurrently
* Must be a self-starter, able to work in a faced paced, ever-changing team environment and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* 3 + years support or implementation experience in JDE Enterprise One
* Experience in implementation of Data Reporting and Analytics tools is a bonus
* Experience and knowledge with regulatory agency requirements for proper software implementation, documentation, validation, and controls
* Preferably experience of at least two systems implementations in a project management or team lead capacity.
